Step 01 · 2 minutes
Tell us about your event

Request a quote

Call (415) 564-2121 or submit our quote form. We need four things to quote accurately: event date, guest count, venue (or just city), and event type. Takes about two minutes.

  • No commitment, no sales follow-up storm
  • Calls answered by a real Bay Area coordinator (no call center)
  • If you're undecided on a venue, we'll suggest options that fit your guest count

Step 02 · same business day
Built around your event

Receive a custom proposal

Your dedicated SF coordinator responds the same business day with a tailored, itemized proposal — not a brochure with vague "starting at" pricing.

  • Recommended table mix (blackjack, roulette, craps, poker)
  • Dealer + pit boss staffing
  • Setup window, run-time, and breakdown plan
  • All-in pricing — no surprise fees
  • Add-ons (custom play money, theme upgrades, slot machines) clearly priced

Step 03 · 5 minutes
Reserve your date

Lock it in with a deposit

Sign a simple one-page agreement and submit your deposit. Everything is electronic — most clients are booked end-to-end in under five minutes.

  • Standard deposit is 25–50% (the rest due before the event)
  • Certificate of Insurance issued in 3 business days if your venue needs one
  • Credit card, ACH, or check accepted
  • Deposits are non-refundable, but if you cancel, your deposit can be applied toward another event within 6 months

Final coordination

Confirm the details one week out

Your coordinator runs a final-week call to confirm every detail so there are zero day-of surprises.

  • Load-in time, freight elevator, parking instructions
  • Dealer arrival time and attire (dealer uniform or themed)
  • Final table layout and any room-design tweaks
  • Custom touches: themed play money, prize structure, tournament format
  • Backup plan if your event is outdoor (weather contingency)

Step 05 · event night
The night itself

We run it — you enjoy it

We arrive 60–90 minutes early, build the casino floor, deliver the entertainment, and break down quietly at the end. Your only job is to enjoy your party.

  • Pro dealers in attire, in position, ready to teach beginners
  • Pit boss as your single on-site point of contact
  • Optional prize ceremony in the last 20 minutes
  • Quiet, fast breakdown — gone by your contracted end time
