Lock it in with a deposit
Sign a simple one-page agreement and submit your deposit. Everything is electronic — most clients are booked end-to-end in under five minutes.
- Standard deposit is 25–50% (the rest due before the event)
- Certificate of Insurance issued in 3 business days if your venue needs one
- Credit card, ACH, or check accepted
- Deposits are non-refundable, but if you cancel, your deposit can be applied toward another event within 6 months

Confirm the details one week out
Your coordinator runs a final-week call to confirm every detail so there are zero day-of surprises.
- Load-in time, freight elevator, parking instructions
- Dealer arrival time and attire (dealer uniform or themed)
- Final table layout and any room-design tweaks
- Custom touches: themed play money, prize structure, tournament format
- Backup plan if your event is outdoor (weather contingency)

We run it — you enjoy it
We arrive 60–90 minutes early, build the casino floor, deliver the entertainment, and break down quietly at the end. Your only job is to enjoy your party.
